Situated a mere 250 foot walk from Cottonwood public beach this property boasts a 180 degree view of the water. The entire home is yours to enjoy including deck, patio, BBQ, fire pit and more. The home is tastefully decorated with modern decor keeping in touch with the beach vibe. Three level home offers a comfortable way to sleep 10 people. The entry and middle level of the home has a spacious kitchen with all you need to prepare a light snack of full meal. The dinning table is great for meals or playing some of the games that are at the property but remember to bring your own favorite ones. The living area has a nice comfy sofa that makes out to a double bed. There is also a bedroom on the main floor with a Queen bed. Upstairs you will find two bedrooms. The larger bedroom with a king size bed and a second bedroom with a queen size bed.
