guest requirements - the primary guest must be 25 years of age or older with valid id and occupy the entirety of the stay The primary guest will also be required to digitally sign a rental agreement, holding the primary guest responsible for all actions taken during the stay for all guests occupying the property. Guests of ALL AGES are counted as occupying guests and absolutely NO UNDERAGE SPRING BREAK GROUPS ARE ALLOWED. The total amount of the guests listed at booking will be the allotted number of guests allowed during the stay with no exceptions.

registration/entry & parking - early entry is not available from may 15th to august 15th Outside of this timeframe, guests will be contacted the day of their stay if any type of early entry is possible. Parking is limited to only 4 vehicles at any time. We recommend only 2 vehicles max, as parking is tight.

pool heat - pool heat must be requested at time of booking and will be charged at a $45/nightly rate plus tax Pool heat is recommended from October - May with the exception of December-March, when heating a pool in low nightly temperatures may not result in comfortable swimming conditions.

pet requirements - pets are limited to under 50 pounds, by breed and age (puppies/dogs under 1 year of age, and cats, are not allowed) Max of 2 dogs are allowed at $250 plus tax. It is expected that all pets are cleaned up after including feces, hair, slobber, etc. and pets must be crated when left unattended.
