Summary: We came to Santa Barbara to celebrate my sister’s 70th birthday. The bedrooms and bathrooms were beautiful and the living space was large and airy. We were even surprised to see a large ping-pong table folded up against the wall that we ended up using! That was a blast! The house was close to the beach and restaurants. We even rented a surrey and rode along the beach. I would highly recommend this rental and the communication with Lance was excellent! We even got to check in early!
