Summary: Well tye room was not ready qhen we got there ..the cleaners were still washing the floor when we checked in.The town rack was hanging off the walland the tv in living room.didktm work because there was battery acid in the remote did not give us new towls or refills of toulet paper and even the toilets bowls were stained and fmsirty slippers were ledt in cabinet ..i have aytcahed somw photos for your reference .in my opi ion this should not be on hotel.com
