the cottage has 1 queen sized bed and 1 full sized sofa bed TV has no cable , DVD player only. There is no dishwasher and no washing machine.
owners live full-time in the cabin next door with their 2 daughters, dogs and several cats Owners’ cabin is approximately 80 feet away from the rental cottage .
wood burning stove is not operational But there is an electric range and charcoal bbq grill.
must climb stairs ( 3 steps) to the main door This home is not wheelchair accessible .
don't forget to bring an outdoor bug spray! since the property is located in a country setting, we have bugs and critters We have the place treated regularly but they will find their way in occasionally. Always keep the door tightly close at all times to keep the bugs out. To limit your exposure to snakes, please inform all occupants to stay on pathways and use a flashlight when walking at night. Always inspect hammocks and outdoor sitting areas for brown recluse or other spiders.
