three-tier cottage with sprawling views of cayuga lake and ample outdoor space The first floor features a fully stocked modern kitchen, updated full bathroom, and cozy living room. The second floor has three bedrooms: two with lake views, and a third bedroom including a double bed and bunkbeds. The second floor includes a second full bathroom, and the third floor has a fourth bedroom with separate living room, pull-out sofa bed, kitchenette, and a balcony with spectacular lake views.

step outside onto the covered patio with overgrown pergola, including dining area, bbq grill, gas fire pit, and ample seating Venture around the corner and onto the dock, with a large picnic table with seating for 12. Our favorite spot: happy hour and dinner on the dock as the sun sets.

the cottage is located at the bottom of a steep gravel driveway with a sharp turn
you must have a 4wd vehicle to use the driveway Otherwise, you can park at the top and walk down 125 steps (skip the gym) to access the house and lakefront. You can comfortably fit one vehicle at the waterfront. Additional parking is available at the top of the driveway.

use of the gravel driveway is weather dependent during the cold winter months Extremely cold weather and snow can cause the driveway to become very icy and slippery. Use your best judgement. It is okay to use on mild days, but exercise caution on very cold days. If it’s icy, play it safe. Park up top and walk down.
