guests will have full access to the house, private pool and spa and also the clubhouse Clubhouse features it's own massive beach with shallow lagoon, huge lap pool, hot tub, pedal boat, lakefront access, workout facilities, cardio room, yoga room, racketball courts and more. Clubhouse is only a short walk from the house and is completely private for residents only.

if you want the pool to be heated at 84 degrees it will be for an extra amount of $80 per night booked (plus tax) The spa can be heated at 102 degrees for an additional of $80 per night booked (plus tax). Setting the pool temp above 90 degrees will damage the equipment, changing the temp manually during your stay will result in a $250 fine. This will need to be requested at least 48 hours in advance of arrival in order to allow proper time to heat it.

val vista lakes clubhouse access: if you would like to access the clubhouse, a registration form must be completed in advance We will need the names of all guests in your group. Additionally, there is a $125 fee, which is separate from your booking payment. This fee must be paid upon arrival at the clubhouse. Please note that only checks and money orders are accepted at this time—credit cards and cash are not currently an option. Access to the clubhouse is not guaranteed year-round.
