this 4-bedroom home is located in the lake's most convenient location with wonderful main lake views and private max dock access Cute brick ranch home with open floor plan that has been renovated/upgraded with hardwood flooring, updated kitchen with granite counter tops, tile backsplash and stainless steel appliances, living room, master bedroom suite and 2 bedrooms on the main floor. Downstairs you find a spacious family room, bedroom/bunkroom, and bathroom.
relax on the large porch with a roof, fan, tv, and listen to music through the sonos speakers The fire pit on the deck is great for s’mores or spending family time. Play basketball on the basketball hoop in the driveway (basketball provided). The large yard is perfect for games, throwing a football, or taking an afternoon nap in the hammock. The walk down to the water is a gentle slope, where you can fish, jump off the dock, or relax on Adirondack chairs on the spacious dock.
outside is an awesome vaulted covered deck facing the lake with TV. Also, two open deck areas. Wifi throughout the house and at the dock.

downtown greensboro is a straight shot about 15-20 minute up hwy 44
many places are 1/4 mile away (you can walk..easy peasy!)
--dollar general, who care's bar, sweet kneads (bakery), lake oconee bistro (restaurant & bar), lake house restaurant, and silver moon (local restaurant about 1/2 mile away) There are many other excellent restaurants that are a short drive.
all of the tvs have directv stream, netflix and amazon prime video so you can watch live sports or watch your current favorite streaming show
just around the corner are anchors marina (for renting a boat, boat ramp, & gas) and young harris rentals (for kayaks, boats, jet skis, & tubes)
there are 4 bedrooms and 4 baths The master bedroom has a king bed, a flat screen TV, office area, and a private bath with large shower. There are two other bedrooms on the main level; each with a queen bed & TV.
downstairs has two full beds, living area, playstation, foosballl table, and a bunk room with 6 twin beds which is perfect as a kid hang out area
there are two office spaces (one with a monitor) with water views if you can't get 100% away from work
plenty of seating for dining Choose from the large dining table, bar stools surrounding the kitchen, or the large back porch table.
