5 The pool is open year round since it is located inside! Please swim at your own risk. Adult supervision required at all times. Please do not have food or drinks in or around the pool area. Pool is set at 85* and should not be adjusted. The overall depth is 3 .
6 Upon booking, each guest will receive a guest rental agreement. This must be signed before the House Manual (which includes access instructions for the property) is sent.
