Our beloved lake house resides on the waterfront of Lake Oconee on a beautiful residential cove. It is the perfect place to relax, rejuvenate, enjoy nature and the water.

private boat dock to swim, fish, enjoy our 3 canoes, and, of course, dock a boat We are just half a mile from the boat ramp and you can park your trailer in our front yard. Boat Rentals are available at the Marina.

The DINING TABLE seats 6 comfortably and is a great area to play games or puzzles in the house. With its vaulted ceiling and multiple windows, the LIVING ROOM is bright and airy and is furnished with a sectional sofa and two comfy rockers where you can enjoy a 50" TV and Roku.

::: outdoor space ::: enjoy a great view of the lake from the back porch with more than 100 feet of eastern facing shoreline This means you can relax on the loungers, grill on the deck, and eat at the outdoor dinner table without roasting in the afternoon sun. In the BACKYARD overlooking the lake, sit around the custom firepit on Adirondack chairs to make some smores or enjoy the view from the back porch. The SCREENED-IN PORCH has seating for 6, so that you can dine al fresco and the bugs won't dine on you! All on a mini putting green, just for fun.
