Boat to restaurants, state parks, ice cream shops and downtown Cadillac for shopping , festivals and summer concerts. The views from this house are breathtaking with 50 feet of lakefront on the western shore of Lake Mitchell that is peaceful, great for fishing, perfect for swimming with a nice sandy bottom and beautiful sunsets. The views are spectacular in all four seasons with close proximity to Crystal Mountain, Caberfae, multiple golf courses and Traverse City. This waterfront open concept includes spacious bedrooms with sleep accommodations for up to 10 comfortably. The home is smoke free and no pets allowed.
