cleanliness: we take great pride in preparing an exceptionally clean and prepared home for your visit! the owls nest is clean, sanitized and restocked before and after every guest Please respect our space, treat it as you would your home and keep it clean! Our dedicated team provides a clean space for our guests, and we hope you enjoy it! Any non-standard cleaning will result in an additional charge.
monitoring: to protect our guests and home, the owls nest has a camera installed on both sides/front of the house to pick up both sides of the driveway We do NOT spy on our guests. Recording is motion activated and only captures activity outside the front of the house. No cameras or monitoring devices exist inside or in the back of the property. Content is not shared with third party parties unless required by insurance or law.
noise: to protect our great community from loud/disturbing noises, the owls nest has a loud noise detection sensor installed we love our neighbors and community and want to continue providing a great place for you and future guests to stay!
government id required: a photo of your valid id is required 24 hours after making your reservation WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CANCEL A RESERVATION AT ANY TIME IF YOU DO NOT PROVIDE YOUR ID. CANCELLATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO THE CANCELLATION POLICY.
