Positive: We enjoy outdoor areas and the pool area.
Negative: Upon arrival, the room was not ready (due to a wedding), so we had to wait until it was prepared. - It was 3 hours past the stated check-in time! We were given a different room than the one we had booked - it seemed like an attempt to deceive the customer... The room's description is completely wrong; the rooms are very old and worn-out. - The kitchen equipment is definitely not updated and not suitable for cooking. For instance, there was only a very small pot and a frying pan. - No oven, no grill. The AC was not working upon arrival and was only fixed the next day (so we had to sleep in 30 degrees), and it broke down 3 times in total within 7 days. The balcony was only accessible via a narrow and steep staircase - making it unusable! The water heater made a constant noise as if there were birds in the room - and it was never fixed.
