Positive: The room and building were very clean, beautifully finished, and made with high-quality wood. We arrived around 9 p.m. and were warmly welcomed by a very pleasant young lady, who we later discovered was the host and also lived in one of the rooms in the same flat. The location is simply beautiful — the surrounding hills are picture-perfect and very well maintained. On our visit to the nearby borgo of Ripartisone, which we instantly fell in love with, we could even see the mountains with their first snow of the season. If you are in the area, visit Montedinove, from the main piazza you’ll enjoy a breathtaking, unspoiled view: the sea to the left, gentle rolling hills in the middle, and the mountains to the right. Simply dreamy. We absolutely adored the Marche region — it has nothing to envy of Tuscany!
Negative: Misrepresentation about this property Double Room (172 ft²) - This is from the original AD Private kitchen • Private bathroom • Garden, mountain & landmark views • Air conditioning • Flat-screen TV • Coffee machine Offering free toiletries and bathrobes, this double room includes a private bathroom with a shower, bidet, and hairdryer. The well-equipped kitchen features a stovetop, refrigerator, kitchenware, and oven. The air-conditioned double room offers a flat-screen TV, a tea and coffee maker, a dining area, a wardrobe, and garden views. Review We booked the Double Room. Unfortunately, as you can see from the description above, the accommodation was not as advertised. The listing did not mention that this is a room in a shared flat with four rooms, each with its own private bathroom but sharing a common kitchen — and that one of the rooms is occupied by the owner. This important detail should be clearly stated in the listing. We arrived late and had already paid, so we were unable to cancel our reservation. However, under different circumstances, we would definitely have done so because of this misrepresentation. Also, for a shared flat with up to four rooms (potentially eight guests), the kitchen is not adequately equipped for everyone’s use, especially if guests are not traveling together. For this reason, we also found the price — €84 per night— rather high. We rented a double room that, according to the description and photos, appeared to have a balcony; however, our room did not. The general property description also stated that all rooms have a small fridge, coffee machine, and bathrobes, but our room had none of these. Additionally, there was no internet connection (Ok, there was no mention of this in the ad, but it would have been much appreciated), and the TV was not working. The property also lacks a visible sign from the main street, and unfortunately, we passed it twice before finding it.
Summary: Ad to be corrected. Private room with bathroom in a shared flat (with 4 rooms).
