"la casa" is located in the less lively backside of legacy villas, directly adjacent to our favorite pool (with bathroom and shower), an oversized hot tub & stunning mountain views from the living room, 2 patios & master bedroom If you are looking to join the action, we are only a 3-4 minute walk from the beautiful main pool area that has a kids pool, splash area, adult lap pool, general pool, free cabanas, Legacy Grill (seasonal), gas BBQ area, a fully equipped gym, club house, 2 outdoor fireplaces & a hammock garden.
3) best design! we spent over 2 months remodeling & upgrading the house to make it light and cheery and replaced all furnishings with fun, eclectic pieces, unusual light fixtures & original artwork to make your home-away-from-home just a bit more special.. Unit also has a detached 2 car garage that is assigned to guests of this unit only, but will occasionally be accessed by owners and cleaning crew to retrieve linens and supplies.
we live 2 hours away, but i am usually in la quinta 1-2 days a week I can always be reached via text, phone or email. I will make the drive for emergencies, otherwise, we also have a local contact that can handle any minor issues.
