This private condo is just minutes from the beach, Goose Island , and walking distance to all the complex has to offer. With a pool, boat slip, 800 foot fishing pier and boat ramp, Charcoal grills and a nice palaypa with picnic tables all around, Basketball Court and Pickle Ball Court you will never run out of things to do. There is a beach on the left side of the property where you can put a kayak in if you choose to bring one. It’s also just one mile from the grocery store for those last-minute supplies. Those wishing to experience the area's natural beauty can explore Goose Island Nature Park, The Big Tree and the many Wildlife Refuges within minutes of the house. There is parking for 2 vehicles and first come spots for your boat. Sorry, no pets allowed at this home.
the open floor plan of the living room & kitchen provides space for your entire party to relax after a long day of fishing or sunning at the beach The private deck is perfect for enjoying your catch of the day! The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances & basic cooking utensils needed to enjoy a night in. For the coffee lover there is a Kuerig and a Coffee Maker. On the main living floor there is a large bedroom with a King size bed and a large flat screen TV. The shared bathroom is across the hall from the bedroom. Make your way upstairs to the primary bedroom there is a King size bed , flat screen TV and private en-suite bath. The third bedroom, which is also upstairs has a Queen size bed. There is also a washer and dryer located in the hallway upstairs.
