The master bedroom features a King bed, flat screen T.V. and a master bath with tub/shower. Second bedroom has a queen bed. Large balcony with patio set & propane BBQ. One of the best spots on Lake Havasu -It's really all about the location!! Kitchen is fully stocked to cook or BBQ outside on the covered balcony. Master bath has a washer and dryer.

Additional boat parking is available across the street as well. There are 2 boat launch sites within a 5 min drive, and you can park your boat on the beach during the day. Take breaks in the A/C or make a few more drinks to enjoy.
