1 keep food and drinks in the kitchen and dining area or outside
2 CLEAN UP after yourself, including but not limited to hazardous materials or bodily fluids. Countertops must only be cleaned with water and provided microfiber towels. Use of chemicals may damage surfaces.
3 NO PETS or animals allowed on the property, unless approved and registered with host. (penalty fee for not registering pet is minimum $200/pet)
4 DON'T DAMAGE ANYTHING. NOTIFY hosts of accidents IMMEDIATELY NOTE: GUESTS ARE RESPONSIBLE IF ANY DAMAGE OR REPLACEMENT IS NEEDED AFTER THE USE OF A GUEST (This includes white towels and sheets that are stained) Make-up towels and removal wipes are available. Used makeup towels will be charged at $2/towel for use.
