neighbourhood description: we are situated in the heart of town, with cafes, shops, restaurants Within metres of the front gate, there's a Café, Wine and Cocktail Bar, Hairdresser, Retro Music store and Sushi shop. Across the road is the Capital Cinema, Hotel Warrnambool (Pub\Restaurant), Kebab Shop and an Ice-cream shop. Around the block (200 metres) is the local IGA Supermarket, Toto’s (Cafe\Wine Bar), and Gourmet Pizza and Bar. We are one street away from the main shopping strip (Liebig Street), which has recently undergone a major facelift. There is no need to bring the car. Everything is in within walking distance.
