The sofa and chair covered in a mocha palm print add to the island-inspired makeover. Ke Nani Kai floor plans were designed so that the master bedroom can be closed off or opened up to the living area to give the unit a spacious feel and take advantage of the tropical breezes. The master received a tropical touch-up with a bamboo comforter set and bed. The master bathroom has been remodeled to add a new vanity area and walk-in shower. The second bedroom has new beds and is decorated in a surf shack motif.
