Travel Purpose: business

Positive: The staff is very friendly. The rooms are spacious, the view is great even from the lower levels.

Negative: The location is great for beach vacation and potentially a business event or a wedding (as the latter seems to be the main revenue stream), however, if staying longer than a night, any hotel closer to Kamakura is probably better since there is nothing else there except a 7eleven. The shuttle bus isn't running when needed.
