located in the kaipara harbour this newly built house, which can accommodated 6 adults, has three double bedrooms - one with a tranquil bush outlook and the other two with stunning sea views that lead to an expansive deck area
a modern well equipped kitchen and a bbq will allow you to create some great meals and enjoy a glass of wine whilst taking in the breath taking views
there are two beautifully appointed bathrooms and a spacious lounge, dining area
adjacent to the property is a public boat ramp so hook up the boat and do a spot of fishing
a small bush track from the property leads down to the water great for a stroll along the water’s edge
kaiwaka shops offer all the essentials – supermarket, café’s, bottle store, bakery, indian restaurant and the very well known kaiwaka cheese shop which not only stocks a large selection of cheese but also deli items and raw super foods
