Positive: Room was well equipped and had tea/coffee making facilities. Restaurant staff including chefs will go out their way to make sure you enjoy your meals- they were the highlightof our stsy. Pool is large but cold. Sufficient sunlongers around the pool.

Negative: Prior to our stay I received multiple email with a link and request to pay for the stay. I have communicated the reasons for not making the payment in such a way (booking confirmed with card on booking.com). They initially acknowledged but then started to send payment requests again. This very aggressive and persistent behaviour almost resulted in us cancelling the booking. Check out time is 12 noon and not 1pm as stated on booking.com. We arrived on motorbikes (we are a touring africa on bikes) and were asked to remove our bikes to staff bike parking from the guest car park. I refused to do so and felt I was being discriminated against guests arriving by car. When I refused to move the motorbikes I was approached by a manager with a same request. Finally, when I said we are happy to cancel our reservation and go elsewhere they walked away from us and let us check in. It was a bad first impression and we definitely would not recommend this hotel to other motorcyclists. There is a building work going on adjacent to the hotel which we were not aware of, apart from constant noise the pathway around the pool were closed off due to this which was inconvenient. Multiple wifi passwords- different one for every device each working one day only.
