Nice house attached located in a very quiet area of L'Escala. It is only 12 minutes walk from Riells beach, and the promenade. The house has two large private terraces, in front and behind the house. It also has a community pool, which is available ONLY during July and August.

the house is divided into two floors It consists of a room with a double bed, a room with a bunk bed, and a room with two single beds. The terrace is equipped with barbecue and garden furniture. The garage is not available to park but there is the possibility of parking on the same street for free.
