Minutes from both Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun Casinos and a great location of special occasions. A beautiful home with pond, outdoor kitchen, pool table, great room and plenty of off street parking. (Additional parking on the street if needed.). Main kitchen has double ovens and all major appliances. Minutes from route 2 and 395, close to the casinos and Mystic area. The property is available for event rental for guests up to 80. Event rental fee schedule for guests invited to the property during booked accommodations is as follows: $500 for guests no more than 50; $1000 for guests over 50. $200 event cleaning fee. Bathroom trailer must be rented and used by all of the guests during the event..
