Summary: The inside was nice and clean but the patio and front porch were not. Inside one of the kitchen drawers was broken and whatever was in the drawer became unusable. If I had known there was a dehumidifier running that collected about two gallons of water and had to be emptied daily I would not have chosen the property. The photo shows rocking chairs viewing Pilot Mountain from a patio but not so. The outside furniture looked like someone set it out by the road for trash pick up and the owner grabbed it for his renters. I got a real bad feeling when we arrived and I saw the front gutter was falling off the house. I loved the location but we will find somewhere else next visit.
