Our home is a modular home approx. 700 total sq. feet, 1 Bedroom + Den, Full kitchen, Key-less lock, Wi-Fi internet, HD cable TV, Private parking, Washer/Dryer, 1 Queen bed, 1 Twin size futon (Good for a child or short adult) and Large sofa in the living room..
