this 2 bedroom, 1 bath home is 1/2 of a duplex with a shared patio, yard and laundry
*this 2 unit property, previously a single family home, consists of a main unit and a secondary suite Some noise does travel from one unit to the other.

a portion of the backyard is fenced, there's a fire pit, benches, and an outdoor dining table inside the fenced area! it's a great area to hang with your dogs
