6 An additional cleaning service is available for an amount of €50, to be requested before your arrival.
7 Supplies for your arrival are provided. Products for the rest of the stay are at your expense.
8 Early arrival and late departure possible at an extra charge and subject to availability.
9 Failure to comply with the internal regulations (presence of animals, smoke smells regardless of their origin, etc.) will result in an additional charge of €50 for management fees.
10 Heating and water must be used responsibly and in accordance with the rules established by law. Their use is intended for the number of travelers indicated on the booking. If we notice excessive consumption, such as usage that doesn't match the number of travelers, a reimbursement of the expenses incurred will be requested.
