our driveway can comfortably fit up to six cars On the left side of the house, you’ll find gravel parking and multiple boats. All vehicles must park on our premises. There is no parking allowed on the street.

children must be monitored in and near our pool at all times And young children must wear swim diapers. No diving is allowed, and please don’t touch the pool equipment. You are welcome to heat the swimming pool for an additional $100 per night. Please let us know in advance if you’d like to do so.

to keep sunset palm fresh and clean for all, smoking is not permitted inside the house If smoke is detected, a $600 fee will be applied to your reservation. You can, however, smoke in our uncovered backyard space.
