this historic home was reloacted to this lot 2 years ago to make way for the epicurean hotel expansion on howard Since it was protected, it had to be preserved.. that's where we stepped in. All new foundation, walls, windows, roof, insulation, sheetrock, AC, baths, kithchen, floors, plumbing, and wiring! Enjoy the charm of Hyde Park with all the modern conveniences.

Summary: The photos accurately reflected the condition of the house, clean, well stocked, and conveniently located in a quiet neighborhood of Hyde Park. It is a 7 minute walk to the village with shops and restaurants. Within a 3 minute walk is Howard Ave with more eatery places. I feel very safe walking around the neighborhood. The host is considerate and easy to reach if you have questions. I highly recommend this house and would rent again on our trip to Tampa.
