guests are welcome to explore and enjoy nearly all areas of the property to make the most of their stay However, certain areas are off-limits for safety and privacy reasons and are clearly marked with "No Entry" signs. These restricted areas include a small, limited portion of the property such as the separate driveway leading to the barndominium, the immediate vicinity surrounding that building, and the storage shed. These areas are used for private or operational purposes and are not part of the guest-accessible spaces. Rest assured, these restrictions do not impact your ability to fully enjoy the vast amenities and outdoor features available to you during your stay.

Guest(s) agree to hold harmless Owner and/or Property Manager for loss or damage to guest(s) personal property caused by weather conditions, natural disasters, or other events beyond the control of Owner and/or Property Manager.
