Summary: Bed was very comfortable and location was good. Fabulous cocktails. But that's kind of all the good stuff i have to say. Overall it was a disappointing stay. Room was noisy, due to tram stop outside window (although to be fair, we didn't ask if a quieter room was available). Breakfast was absolute chaos. The food itself was ok. But they kept running out of bowls and spoons. There was never anywhere to sit. And no one wiping down tables, so when you did find somewhere it was usually sticky and disgusting. House keeping was poor. We only had one housekeeping visit during 4 night stay. That in itself was ok. But the one and only visit left us with no clean towels, no toilet paper and no fresh bin liner. I think possibly the worst thing was the complete lack of green credentials. An enormous amount of single use plastics and paper cups. I definitely wouldn't stay here again 😕
