nestled in one of columbus' most desired suburbs, this spacious newly-remodeled 3 bedroom home is sparkling clean and boasts a comfortable open living space with all-new decor & appliances that's perfect for business travelers & travelling families
located near historic downtown grove city and just 14mins from downtown columbus, our home is just minutes away from a collection of vibrant & unique shops, local eateries, microbreweries, art spaces and casual nightlife
the space:
contains everything you need for a cozy, comfortable stay however short or long!
***we recently replaced the main water line to the house so the front yard/landscaping is a bit rough and under construction, (inside of the home is clean & incredible however)**
presence of noiseaware sensor and presence of 2 external security cameras (1 Exterior above front door, records constantly; 2. Exterior 2nd floor balcony).

Summary: This property was an ideal temporary residence for our family having moved to Columbus from Nevada and in the process of settling into the area. The location is convenient to where we searched for (and found) long-term housing. The price for our one-month stay was extremely reasonable, and we experienced no significant issues. All of the kitchen items we used were in good condition and functional. The beds were comfortable as well, and it was nice to have the washer/dryer in house. The neighborhood is very quiet, and we felt very safe there. It was a great fit for our needs, and I would be pleased to rent from this owner again.
