the house is located 10 minutes from mont dore (ski resort) and 5 minutes from the bourboule (spa and tourist town), vulcania, the puy de dome train .. Dog sledding within 2 km on reservation at murat quaire. The Massif du Sancy offers summer and winter multiple opportunities for family activities and / or sports.

the house consists of a small plot, a parking space in front of the house and a wooden terrace equipped with a table, chairs, deckchairs and barbecue gas The entrance is through the terrace and a small veranda for storing shoes, hiking equipment and clothing.
