the 55 ha Prebersee, a paradise for anglers, is 2km away, very nice trail around the lake, entrance into the mountain bike Prebertour from the hut! Inn with local cuisine at the lake in 2km, The next place with shops is Tamsweg 11km.

the cottage has on the ground flour: snuggery which is surrounding the big stove on which you also can cook Here you also have a stove bench, a seating corner, a kitchenette with fridge, a sink, a coffee machine and the exit to the covered terrace from where you have a wonderful view. Shower/toilet. Sauna. Upper floor: 1 three bed room, 1 small "transit room" with double bed, 1 two-bed room with extra bed if wanted. Solar system 220 volt. Heating and hot water via the wood stove. In front of the cottage is a big garden with seats, a place for making a barbecue and a well. Please bring along your own bed linen and towels.
