This stilted fishing and family cabin style neighborhood is one of few communities in all of North Padre and Port Aransas that is located directly on the water and comes with private boat slips, community pool & a communal dock, all included with your stay. come make this your next vacation destination!
this house would be paradise for a bird enthusiast, fisherman, nature lover or just to relax during a nice getaway This house is located on stilts to maximize the fabulous views. There is plenty parking under the house along with a BBQ Grill. The dock is located right in front of the house and the pool is just to the left on the waterfront.
up the stairs you will walk in to the living/kitchen dining area There is a table that seats 6 and then a few bar stools at the kitchen island. There is a cozy living area with a large tv, couch and loveseat. The kitchen has everything you will need to cook and serve a full meal. If you head down the hall you will find a bedroom on the right with a Queen size bed and a full bath right across the hall. There is also a waterfront bedroom at the end of the hall with a King size bed and a full attached bath.
up the stairs you will immediately walk into a loft area (bedroom 4) It has a full over full bunkbed and the most expansive views all the way across the bay. At the end of the loft is the huge master bedroom with a king size bed, full size futon and a full bath. There is a deck that runs across the whole top floor and the whole bottom floor. there is almost as much room outside as there is inside!
