built in 1835 the boyd harvey house has a history rich in southern agriculture, commerce, and traditions It is a beautiful architectural example of a pre-Civil War, brick, Federal-style, farmhouse and represents one of the 12 pre-Civil War brick homes still standing in Knoxville. Inspired by living in this unique home, the beautiful East Tennessee area, and from growing up in Asheville, NC, current owner, Anne Tillotson White allowed the perfect synergy between preservation and luxury.

-the wrap around screened-in porch area off of the main house can seat up to 16 people and contains a 72" outdoor tv
-tennessee tri-star stable is a 600 sq ft covered area with a 12 ft custom barnwood bar, 2 club chairs, whiskey barrels and our antique buggy that originated from a store-broyles, ms clellan & lackey co- which specialized in selling agricultural equipment and buggies in downtown Knoxville on South Gay Street in 1903. It is great for photoshoots and gives a nice living example of the type of transportation that was used in the 19th and early 20th centuries.

when you enter the property from the gravel driveway entrance that is closest to the brick mailbox, you will immediately see the main brick home Pull past the main house and then turn right towards the white carriage house. Please park in the gravel parking lot.
this is not a loud party atmosphere, this is a quaint relaxing space! quiet hours are enforced at 10pm to remain compliant with neighborhood noise ordinance Please do not wear messy shoes in the house, treat it as if it were your own. Nothing in this home is cheap and you will be responsible for any damage. we appreciate you respecting the rules!
