Immediately to your left is a light filled sitting room with fantastic water views and wood burning fireplace! Comfortable furnishings and large west facing windows make this the perfect room to sit back and curl up with your favorite book!Follow the entryway hall into the open concept dining, living and kitchen area. Here the group can gather in style while preparing meals, planning your day exploring local attractions, or just sitting at the dining room table to catch up with each other and take in the unimpeded view of a beautiful Pacific Ocean sunset! The sliding doors off the dining area open to a small patio with lounge chairs to further enjoy the those ocean views!The kitchen is fully outfitted with top of the line appliances, plentiful counterspace, pantry, and everything you will need to prepare simple to gourmet meals for the whole group! Adjacent and open to the living room & dining area, with breakfast bar seating and ocean views, preparing meals is sure to be a warm, fun and social experience for the whole group!Off of the kitchen are a couple of hallways. The first hallway on your right leads to 2 of the 3 bedrooms and full guest bath. The first bedroom to the left has two large, comfy beds - 1 queen and 1 full - with a classically styled black and white en suite with shower enclosure! The 2nd bright, light-filled bedroom down the hall is equipped with a comfortable queen bed. A full guest bath with shower/tub combo separates the two bedrooms.Off the 2nd hallway from the kitchen is access to the primary bedroom with gas log fireplace, queen bed, ocean views and beautiful marble accented en suite! This bathroom also has a subway tiled jetted shower/tub combo for your enjoyment!Across from the primary bedroom, and before heading upstairs to the family lounge & game room, is access to the in-unit washer and dryer!Heading upstairs, you enter a large open space with yet more amazing ocean views, another gas/log fireplace, comfy couch and wall mounted Smart TV with satellite service. There's also a unique and fun wall cubby ready to be a play area for the kids, or quiet little reading nook. Behind the sitting lounge is a full sized pool table and foosball table sure to keep your group entertained! Off of the game area are sliding doors to a 2nd story, wind protected, deck area. Feel free to open them up and let that ocean air flow through the space as you battle your friends over the Foosball table or in a game of pool!
