Fall in love with this authentic antique vacation rental in the heart of Texas Hill Country near San Antonio. Decorated with unique antique horse and farm memorabilia as well as a collection of lovely oil paintings and watercolors of nature, this accommodation fits in perfectly with the surrounding landscape. The barn has three bedrooms with comfortable queen-size mattresses which sleep up to six people. Two extra guests can also be accommodated, as well as children on comfy rollaways. There is one full bathroom with a toilet and shower. Guests do not need to worry about bringing bedding as all linens and bath towels will be provided. A washing machine and clothes dryer are in the bathroom, in case guests have laundry. The kitchen has all modern appliances such as a stove, oven, microwave, and refrigerator. Kitchen utensils, cutlery, pots and pans, pressure cooker, a coffee maker, espresso machine, and blender are all included so guests can make themselves feel like they are in their own kitchen. Dishes, glassware, mugs and wine glasses... whatever Glampers might need is already here. The living/dining area has a cozy couch and chairs, besides the dining table. Outside, guests have a front porch Bistro with antique wrought iron tables and chairs where they can dine privately, relax and watch the sunset and take in the surrounding Hill Country scenery. This is the perfect place to wind down after an eventful day in the Texan countryside. Bed and Breakfast: If guests do not need private access to the whole property, glampers have the much more economical option of renting just one bedroom. The queen-size bedrooms sleep two guests each. Meals are not included in room rate but they will have access to the shared bathroom and all the common areas, including the kitchen facilities and "Bistro" dining room on the covered country porch. Optional: guests can book/schedule in advance for the hosts to cook a delicious breakfast or champagne brunch.Children under five can stay on roll-away beds. Alternatively, guests can choose to rent the entire barn.The property has so many shared amenities so guests can make the most of the outdoors, as well as enjoy a rainy day. Fire pits, grills, barbecue smokers, an outdoor, fully equipped "Cowboy Kitchen" complete with state of the art grill, dockside tables, and chairs, as well as picnic tables are available for cooking and dining in true Texas Hill Country style. Parking is available right by the cabin. BBQ pits and grills (both gas and charcoal) plus picnic tables on the lawn, in the woods, on porches and decks make for lovely outdoor dining and since Vicky is a gourmet chef, just about anything guests need to cook with is available—just ask!.
