Kitchen has full size appliances for your cooking needs. There is a private bedroom with tv to relax at the end of a day at the beach. Additional sleeping is provided on the sleeper sofa. Dining inside at the small table for two or enjoy dining al fresco at the picnic table. Grab your fishing poles, your flip flops, and your sunscreen as you and your family are already at the perfect Vacation spot! Enjoy your morning coffee under the covered patio area and enjoy the sounds of the waves splashing, and the spectacular sunsets. You will find go-carts and miniature golf, fishing, dining at Jimmy's on the Pier, batting cages and our local movie theater. Moody Gardens Golf Course is located nearby, as is the entire Moody Gardens experience and our world-famous waterpark, Schlitterbahn. In town, enjoy one of many fabulous restaurants that offer everything from fine dining to international cuisine to some of the best burgers around. If shopping is your thing, visit The Strand and Post Office where quaint shops and art galleries abound. You won't want to miss Mod Coffeehouse or Hey, Mikey's Ice Cream! The Grand 1894 Opera House offers some of the best entertainment and shows in Texas, featuring headliners from across the country, as well as a historic setting for live theatre. Home is dog friendly for up to 2 pets. $100.00 non-refundable fee for the 1st pet and $50 non-refundable fee for the 2nd pet. 25lb limit. No cats allowed. Guest must contact our office prior to arrival to make arrangements for payment of pet fee and/or signature on a pet addendum. The Owner has installed exterior cameras at this home for security purposes. This provides visual and audio information to the homeowner upon entry to the property. There are no devices inside the home. All fees and services are subject to 15% tax.
