Our cabins are considered "large" tiny homes at 560 square feet- making them fun, but very roomy and comfortable. We love the modern appeal and we designed them with our young... and young at heart travelers in mind. They feature warm wood elements with soft white shiplap and plenty of natural light.We started our hosting journey with a 50 ft. motor yacht on Kentucky Lake in 2016. We chartered the yacht and offered a novel nightly stay to Kentucky Lake guests. Although we loved the experience, we felt that there was a way to offer a great experience in a more logistically favorable way. In 2017, we broke ground on the back 5 acres of our property. We finished our first 2 cabins in 2018 and have since added a lake with beach and a 3rd cabin. We have a 5 year vision for a "glamping" attraction that will feature 6 cabins, a lake, and a community building for small reunions, retreats and celebrations.Location, Location, Location! Our cabin is centrally located in the heart of all things "southern Illinois." More specifically, we are located just 4 miles off I-57 and I-24- making our destination stress free so you can spend more time doing what you love. Each cabin is provided a key to a private beach on Lake of Egypt that is approximately 1 mile down the road.
