unapproved late checkouts (15 minutes or more past check out time) will be subject to a $50+ charge

$75 flat fee for up to 2 pets per stay (must add pets to reservation)
all pets must be kenneled and house trained
all pets must be leashed at all times if outside the home
all pet waste must be bagged and properly disposed in garbage cans outside of home
all pets must be kept off the furniture and bedding
all guests assume responsibility for any damages or injuries caused by their pets
hot tub is chemically treated multiple times a week and water is changed out once a month.
