Summary: It is a nice, comfortable and clean hotel, very well located in the centre of Antwerp. The staff are very helpful and attentive but sadly have a policy of having no staff after 7pm. This means rowdy guests can run amok in the hotel, causing no end of disruption in the evening, hence zero sleep. Will not be returning which is a shame as I have stayed here many times.
