Positive: Everything besides a single incident at the check-in - The main part of the staff is extremely courteous and friendly, even with guests who were totally "misbehaving" with them. Great place both for couples and families Great holidays, great golf, great experience :D

Negative: The reservation was booked for a double bed through booking.com, and it took 2h of insisting with the staff who afterwards MAGICALLY had a cancellation and gave us a double bed as we didn't want separate bed, we are neither 7 nor 77yo. It's unfortunately far away from the standards of the hotel, and the handling of this kind of issue is far from what it should be in such a place. Most likely if you are "someone" it's fine.
