located in a quiet, rural area just 11 miles from rodeo austin or giga texas and 25 minutes from downtown austin, this well-appointed home was recently stripped down to the studs and newly constructed - every inch is brand new including all bathrooms and the kitchen with its private guesthouse and outdoor oasis, this relaxed retreat has practically everything you need for a wonderful vacation and refreshing change-of-scenery, including:
- generously equipped kitchen with a keurig coffee maker, additional coffee pot, coffee, teas, and hot chocolate
- high speed wi-fi
- 65” smart tvs in main and guesthouse living areas, plus 42” smart tvs in all 6 bedrooms
- comfortable king beds in the two guesthouse bedrooms and main house primary and 3rd bedroom, along with queen beds in the main house 2nd bedroom and the bunk beds in the gameroom/4th bedroom, all featuring luxurious linens & oh-so-fluffy bed pillows (choose soft, firm, or both!)

regarding pets, pet fees are $125 + $20/pet/night + any applicable taxes This will be charged through Airbnb after the booking is confirmed. We ask that you only bring well-behaved pets who are house-trained :) You are responsible for picking up after any pet brought to the property, any damage or disturbance caused by pets, and accept all liability for incidents involving pets.
