Designed for larger groups or families, the bunk room features two twin-over-twin bunk beds, and another connecting room with a loft bed over a seating area and a smart tv (a perfect area for kids to connect their own gaming system). A moveable trundle can be placed in either bunk room to create boys and girls rooms, or separate rooms for older/younger kids, ensuring plenty of space for everyone to unwind comfortably.

- you will need a car to get around but there is plenty of parking available free on the premises
- please note at this time the indoor fireplace is not available
- although we allow dogs with pet fee, the yard is not fenced in
- of the 3 bedrooms in the basement, only the bedroom with a queen bed is able to be closed

- the guest who books must be one of the guests staying on the property (sorry - no booking for others)
- minimum booking age is 25, and you must show proof of a valid id if asked
