Opened up in March 2018, run by a family business, we transformed an old villa into Green Garden Hostel, located in Újbuda, one of the most popular residential areas of Budapest. The city center is easy to approach by public transport, bike, car and even by walk.
we offer quality accommodation at an affordable price (breakfast included) Stay at us either in a mixed dormitory or an apartment and enjoy our family-like atmosphere. (Depending on our capacity, you can ask for a women-only room.)
sit outside in our beautiful, green garden or chill in our air-conditioned common room and have some coffee, tea or fruit, free of charge
we regularly organize events such as bbq parties, budapest quizzes, live concerts or open cinemas
given the big spaces, both individual guests and groups are warmly welcomed
within 15 minutes walk from our hostel you can find a big shopping mall, a sports center, a small grocery store, a restaurant, a pharmacy, a city bike stand, and a beautiful arboretum
