the fold is one of only ten properties to be given special permission to be built in this quiet conservation area estate village on the site of the former home farm steading, between the village cricket ground and the mill pond Built-in traditional Northumbrian style with local stone, it mixes the solidity of times gone by with a superior contemporary internal finish. It is set amongst similar newly built properties and conversions of the Blacksmith's, The Old Sawmill, and Joiner's Shop, all part of the original Home Farm site.

In the summer months, the French doors to the rear open out to the property’s large garden. Children will love the swings and Wendy house, while the adults can relax and take in the distant sea views.
