nianna eden estate comprises of 2 first class villas, a 5 bedroom sprawling villa and a cosy state of the art 2 bedroom villa
the main villa offers 5 air-conditioned bedrooms along with private bathrooms that can accommodate up to ten persons The bedrooms open up onto the superb spacious main verandah and the luxuriant swimming pool, providing a spectacular view of the sea. The spacious living room offers premium cable television and WiFi internet, 2 grand day beds in this room accommodate another 2 guests, making it a total of 12 occupancy.
the 2 bedroom villa has a spacious entrance courtyard to greet all guests & visitors Once inside the home you are immediately exposed to the living area, kitchen & indoor dining, outdoor lounge area and dining, infinity edge pool. The plan is extremely open and three areas flow into each other - living, lounging and swimming. Two persons are able to sleep in the living room.

•kindly do not use the bath towels for pool and beach use
•kindly do not use the towels to remove makeup
•please ensure all rubbish bins (kitchen & bathrooms) are used with a garbage bag inside the receptacle

•guests who are not mentioned in the original booking are only allowed to visit, if they wish to stay past 10pm there is an overnight charge
